Can you cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel before the order is shipped. Just WhatsApp us at +91 77648 59153 or email vikash@tracktopper.live, and we’ll cancel it instantly.

What if you’ve already received the order and want to return?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products.
If the product is:

  • defective / damaged

  • wrong item received

  • or not as described

then you can raise a return within 7 days of delivery.

How does the return process work?

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order ID & photos (if needed).

  2. We’ll arrange pickup from your doorstep or guide you on how to ship it back.

  3. After inspection, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement as per your choice.

Are there return charges?
No, if the return is due to our fault (wrong or defective item), there are zero charges. For other cases, minimal courier charges may apply.
